Kawasaki has been using the single throttle body on its four-stroke engines since the first STX-12F model. There is no doubt about it that Kawasaki R&D team has done its homework prior finalizing the particular set up. On the other hand people that are trying to extract more horsepower out of the latest 1500motor they had tried several ideas. Jet Worx from Australia has installed a quadruple throttle body on the Kawasaki powerplant. We havent got any idea about the results of this modification but it certainly attracted out attention.
