Riva Pro series ECU deliver huge performance gain to the Yamaha 1.8 liter Supercharged engine. ECU is fully programmable with either Riva supplied mapping or user defined parameters. Most calibrations require Rive Fuel pressure regulator kit and 91 octane pump fuel. Plugs directly into OEM wiring harness through waterproof connectors. Key benefits include: 1) Easy loading of supplied calibrations/maps for various applications. 2) Retains dash display, engine diagnostic and primary engine safety functions, and 3) Includes input for optional lambda sensor for data dogging air/fuel ratios. This particular ignition unit comes from ViPeC and we have published in the past the tech spec of this ignition. ViPeCs engineer used to work along with Bill Chapin of R&D after the World Finals of 2008. We have published in the past the ViPeCs tech spec and it seems likely that ViPeC has finally clinched a deal with Riva Racing.
