We had been informed since 2006 that there was a big bore conversion kit for the 1500cc Kawasaki engine. Actually we had the opportunity to see these new pistons at the workshop of an American athlete. Though, we hardly heard anyone using those or actually performing any big bore attempts. It is obvious that big bore conversions would have enhanced the overall performance of the 1500cc Kawasaki platform especially the naturally aspirated version of it.
