We have already seen that the Japanese company AMC Racing started working on the ECU of 300X. Particularly they were setting up a map for MoTeC ECU trying to extrude more horsepower out of the stock engine package. Though, we know that some people in USA and Japan were doing this during winter and they did not get very positive results. The new Ultras ECU and generally the whole engine are very sophisticated so great care is needed in order to avoid the expensive consequences.
