There are a lot of ways to perform a quick carb jetting though someone have thought a totally different one. You do not have even to remove the carb from the inlet manifold. On the other hand you have two nuts for the carb and two for the throttle cable to get it on your hands. Why would anyone destroy the hull and put a cover with six bolts and nuts?
