The particular Intercooler is an evolution from the previous model that R&D was suggesting for the Limited or Open applications. The new design incorporates the same specification, however the hose brackets have been rearranged in such a way in order to make quicker the removal of the R&D Watercooled Supercharger housing. The new R&D Pro Series Intercooler Kit is constructed from aircraft aluminum and is extremely easy to install, removes quick for cleaning and winter storage, is ultra strong, and rubber mounted so vibration will not compromise the long term performance. The R&D intercooler offers better cooling efficiency through its made in the USA aluminum core design that easily out performs cheaper inefficient intercooler cores known to crack, leak and cause extreme detonation. The R&D Pro Series intercooler core will flow more air, deliver better cooling efficiency, and allow Monster Wheels to live up to their airflow volume and power potential. It has been tested extensively and also it was used on Aero Aswars Limited R&D prepared FZR at the World Finals 2011. Soon it will be available from R&D.
