The answer is Nope. The ECU is totally different and the wire harness is totally different too in the 310. Kawasaki has put a knock sensor mainly, and changed the way that the speed mode works. The speed up module of 300X will be difficult on the 310X as the numbers to calibrate are constantly changing. Therefore, in this case what R&D recommends is the use of a Reprogrammed ECU. To unlock the real performance simply put a reprogrammed ECU and a new R&D ride plate for start.
