Canadian ace Mike Klippenstein dominated the Triple Crown Offshore Endurance series by winning in a class of his own and then he raced the same ski in the Endurance class at the World Finals after a weeks racing in four stand-up classes. His R&D Turbocharged Yamaha was tested two days after the World Finals were over. A race proven package that R&D has already available for the Offshore Competition Racing. Vintage Jet Ski museum presented by Jettrim was ones again a show stopper at the IJSBA World Finals. Many famous personalities from the pioneer years of this sport were there including, Steve Stricklin, Cori Stricklin, Rusty Sharman, Jerry Richardson, Terry Beatty, Dave Messinger, Tim and Chad Campbell and many more. Jet Ski Inventor himself, Clayton Jacobson II was also there during the Pro Weekend along with him lovely wife.

World champion Shotaro Kokubun has a his own set up in the steering system on his Kawasaki triple. Note where he mounts the clamps for the handlebars. The later is lowered way too much in order to much his riding style and his height. The overall length of his handlepole is quite short too.

This is the race ski that Dustin Motzuris used to dominate in the National U.S. Tout this year. He also raced it at the World Finals. It features an aftermarket Bullett Racing V1 hull (i.e. stock Kawasaki hull with built in front sponsons and being lighter) with aftermarket rear sponsons & ride plate and RRP handlepole including a three-cylinder Kawasaki engine with aftermarket carbs, electrics, billet cylinder head etc all prepared by Minoru Kanamori. Also, the ski has a Skat-Trak 145mm pump and drop nozzle. All mats and chin pad are made by Jettrim. The RRP pole comes complete with an aftermarket steering system.
